Avo Feta Cream

Creamy, zesty, and just the right amount of heat. It's a winner with corn chips, toast, an egg for breakie, and of course our Cartel burritos.


Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados.

  • 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt.

  • 100g of crumbled feta.

  • Juice of 1 lime.

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of hot sauce.

  • Sea salt to taste.


Follow these simple steps:

  1. In a bowl, mix everything except feta until smooth.

  2. Taste and adjust the heat to your liking.

  3. Gently stir in the feta at the end for a creamy pop.
